Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must contact our support team within this 30-day period and provide the order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
